For Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for food or refill products.

Unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with proof of purchase.

Mr. Whetstone offers exchanges only for eligible products returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased along with proof of purchase.

Credit notes are available as an alternative to an exchange (for the same value of the product and valid for 3 months).

Defective/Faulty Goods

If an item is defective or faulty, you have 28 calendar days to exchange an item from the date of your purchase.

An exchange will only be given if an item is proven to be faulty. Proof of purchase is also required.

No exchanges will be issued without proof of purchase. 

Exceptions

Mr. Whetstone supplies some items that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and health and safety reasons, unless proven to be faulty.         

These products include (but are not limited to) feminine and dental hygiene, body and skincare products.
